About Us

Novotel Hyderabad Airport is a 292-room hotel located near the new international airport. Our hotel features a restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool, and meeting rooms accommodating up to 400 guests. We are part of the Accor Hotels group, which values talent development and collaboration to achieve professional goals.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned guest rooms are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
  • Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and coworkers at all times.
  • Clean rooms, public areas, Executive Office, and other assigned duties.
  • Report any matters affecting the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport to management.
People Management
  • Establish and maintain seamless coordination with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service.
  • Interact with guests and personnel in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
  • Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide high levels of service standards.
Operational Management
  • Inspect room linens before placing them in rooms and return below-standard pieces to the respective person in Housekeeping.
  • Ensure timely reporting to work according to posted schedules.
  • Daily change soiled linens on beds and remake beds.
  • Follow lost and found procedures strictly.
  • Ensure floor pantries, corridors, and fire exits meet standards.
  • Equip all rooms with linen and amenities as per standards.
  • No articles should ever be removed from occupied rooms; absolute respect for guests' property should always be exercised.
  • Report blankets, bed spreads, etc., requiring changing to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Report assigned rooms not requiring service
