Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the OMP tool and be able to coordinate with OMP for PAK implementation.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Responsible for release Change Control, leading technical installations, and tracking of software versions and configurations
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders
  • Ensure project commitments are being consistently planned, integrated, and met across Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters, and shared teams
  • Remove impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams
  • Drive the process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams, not individual scrum teams
  • Plan Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews with stakeholders
  • Protect the teams from outside tasking and interact with scrum masters, not scrum team members
  • Serve as a communication liaison between scrum masters and shared teams, Product managers and stakeholders
Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess experience as a project manager or product engineer and demonstrable experience in big program implementations where multiple applications are involved.

  • Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business/functional knowledge and end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain processes
  • Supporting stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Solid experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make/Deliver
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience managing projects using J&J (Johnson & Johnson) SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) is desirable, along with 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations and certification in areas of expertise.
