Business Operations Intern

The Business Operations Intern plays a vital role in supporting the organization's daily activities. This individual will assist in managing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.

  • Project Management: The intern will be responsible for assisting in managing and executing various projects, coordinating tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information is essential in this role.
  • Special Tasks: The intern may be required to support special initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Communication Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders is crucial in this position.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence is an essential part of this role.
  • Administrative Support: Managing schedules, travel, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning is a key responsibility.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organizing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups are critical tasks in this position.

Requirements:

  • Education: A quantitative undergraduate degree from a reputable institution, along with an MBA from a tier 1/2/3 college, is highly desired.
  • Experience: Fintech or financial services experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
