Project Coordination Specialist

About Us:

We're seeking a highly organized and skilled project coordination specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing various projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and set realistic deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and monitor progress.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project procurement management and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and handle any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Able to prepare and interpret project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
