About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Relationship Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and promoting lubricant products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lubricants market by analyzing customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products by leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges that can impact our business.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our lubricant products and their applications to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports providing insights into sales performance and suggesting areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Negotiation skill to effectively close deals and resolve conflicts.
  • Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Strong understanding of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics to make informed decisions.
