We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Your primary focus will be on retaining existing customers, driving renewals, and cultivating profitable relationships. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and messages, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is essential, and prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow existing customer base through regular communication and relationship-building

- Maintained accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer-facing role
