We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to increase revenue by offering additional products or services.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer data and activity records using CRM software.
- Query Resolution: Manage customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Product Promotion: Proactively contact customers about new products and promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
