Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our transformation of wireline and enterprise connectivity into a future-fit, converged services portfolio. This involves integrating connectivity with security and managed services, driving growth through strategy, product innovation, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for all connectivity services, including MPLS, DIA, NPLC, IPLC, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and managed services, evolving it toward integrated solutions with security and cloud.
• Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the enterprise segment over the next 5 years, aiming for 3X revenue growth and 2X market share expansion.
• Enable field force through productized GTM and sales enablement programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with solutioning, pricing, delivery, customer servicing, and BI to enhance time-to-market and service quality.
• Build and coach a high-performance product, solution architecture, and delivery team.
• Develop relevant partnerships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Domain knowledge in wireline / enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies, such as SD-WAN, FWA, and cloud connectivity.
• Proven success in P&L and business ownership with revenue and margin accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, including product convergence, commercial redesign, and new GTM models.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, sales, solutioning, network, and delivery.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities.

Must-have Skills:

• Engineering graduate, preferably in Electronics or Telecommunications.
• MBA or General Management program from a reputable institution.
