Our organization specializes in financing solutions for students pursuing international studies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in establishing and expanding our educational loan brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and expand the educational loan brand in your assigned region.
  • Build strategic alliances with local study-abroad consultants and partner with banks to enhance loan accessibility.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive new business growth.
  • Visit offices to convert and onboard new associates monthly.
  • Secure signed agreements with partners.
  • Organize and conduct loan events to ensure brand awareness, lead generation, and building alliances.
  • Maintain good relationships with banks, existing associates, and new associates on-board.
  • Build strong relationships with Nationalized banks.
  • Follow up with banks on student loan file status and ensure timely processing and resolution of any issues.
  • Keep associate partners' students informed of their loan file status.
  • Provide complete training about the process to new associates.
  • Analyze the market scenario and implement new marketing strategies for increasing business.
Requirements
  • Graduate or MBA degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in Edtech Industry, NBFCs, or the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.

This role requires a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
