Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve collective targets.
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships, collaborations, and revenue streams.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients, publishers, and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the gaming ecosystem.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and negotiations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and present business performance reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in gaming, IT, or entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, forecast revenue, and identify new market opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- A passion for gaming and the digital entertainment industry is a plus.
