
Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated student counselor to join our team at Lymax. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and parents in choosing the right academic programmes while ensuring a smooth counseling and admission process. This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy interacting with people, have strong persuasive skills, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct student and parent counseling sessions (in-person/online).
- Understand student needs, career goals, and suggest the best-fit programs.
- Manage enquiries and follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM/Excel.
- Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat enrolments.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of counseling/sales/academic advising experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
