We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientated student counselor to join our team at Lymax. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and parents in choosing the right academic programmes while ensuring a smooth counseling and admission process. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct student and parent counseling sessions (in-person/online).
  • Understand student needs, career goals, and suggest the best-fit programs.
  • Manage enquiries and follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM/Excel.
  • Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat enrolments.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of counseling/sales/academic advising experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
