We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, develop strong business skills, and grow their career in sales and client relationship management.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.

Understand client needs and present suitable solutions/services.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients.

Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.

Maintain proper records of sales activities and report progress to management.

Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

Skills & Qualities Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good negotiation and presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹34,594.31 per month
