To expand our reach, we are looking for passionate and dynamic Tamil-speaking Business Development Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with potential students and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with Tamil-speaking prospects to explain course offerings and benefits.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to attract students.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Tamil (spoken & written) – mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
