TecBees is hiring a Business Development Executive to join our energetic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting TecBees' digital and marketing services.

Candidates with previous experience in a digital marketing agency will be given high priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for business opportunities.
  • Present and promote TecBees' digital marketing and IT services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings in and around Kochi.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
