Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings to close deals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/business development are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
