Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for IT services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, and Branding solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Develop strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/design teams for timely proposals.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and respond to queries professionally.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively.
- Represent the company at business events, expos, or online promotional activities when needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or IT service sales.
- Strong knowledge or exposure to digital services such as websites, apps, branding, and marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi).
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
