Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for IT services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, and Branding solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Develop strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/design teams for timely proposals.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and respond to queries professionally.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position services effectively.
  • Represent the company at business events, expos, or online promotional activities when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or IT service sales.
  • Strong knowledge or exposure to digital services such as websites, apps, branding, and marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi).
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
