Strategic Human Resources Specialist

About the Role:

The Strategic Human Resources Specialist is a key position that oversees the entire HR function. This role requires a high level of expertise in employment practices, payroll, benefits, and disciplinary actions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, conduct skip-level meetings, and improve employee engagement
  • Assist in organizing events and activities to boost employee morale
  • Maintain accurate HR-related reports using Excel and perform data analysis
  • Support in managing appraisals, promotions, increments, and performance management cycles

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop and present compelling proposals and reports
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a focus on prioritizing tasks
  • Good understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to use various software packages including Microsoft Office
