Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with senior leadership, driving organizational performance and shaping people strategy for a global financial institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people and business priorities
  • Drive HR processes — compensation, performance management, talent development, and career progression
  • Partner with managers to enable growth opportunities and employee engagement
  • Support hiring for assigned business units and provide market intelligence for proactive talent retention
  • Lead training, L&D, and organizational development initiatives in partnership with specialist teams
  • Manage employee relations cases in liaison with Legal & Compliance
  • Use data analytics to provide insights for decision-making
  • Champion the company's values, integrity, and inclusion across the organization

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in MNCs
  • Strong stakeholder management with exposure to global senior leadership
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and adaptability
