We are seeking an exceptional leader to take on the role of Head of Vertical Transportation Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Familiarize yourself with the customer, competitor, authority, and regulation VT landscape in India
  2. Provide market input for updating and finetuning of the VT strategy for India.

Business Development and Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed targets
Promote TÜV SÜD as a leading VT authority in India
Create and identify sales leads through networking; proactive industry observation and research;
Effective customer relationship management; understand customers' structure, needs and constraints

Operations and Resources:
Ensure smooth and efficient operations in accordance with TÜV SÜD's QMS and to the full satisfaction of customers
P&L responsibility for TÜV SÜD's VT activities in India
Preparing regular progress reports
Resources planning and management

Requirements:
Integrative personality with strong leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills: should have a 'go-to-market' attitude with the ability to connect with people
Having the drive for shaping business development and sales activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English (min. B2 level)
