Business Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to set up a new business from scratch. As the Program Manager, this person will act as a strategic advisor to the business head, overseeing various aspects of the business.

This role requires someone who can manage all business data, provide actionable insights for improvement, and ensure seamless execution on the ground and behind the screen.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to switch contexts quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Data Management: Oversee complete business data management, including charters, P&L, and actionable insights.
  • Execution Ownership: Own business execution with the business head, including working on the field and owning business outcomes.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business functions and leadership, working closely with every function to solve problems.
  • Process Building and Productization: Create SOPs for the business and individual functions, productize business operations through tech/SaaS solutions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 1-5 years of work experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and building new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
