Job Opportunity: Director of Learning and Development
We are seeking a visionary leader to take on the pivotal role of Director of Learning and Development. In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to design, execute, and oversee impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative learning and development programs that support organizational goals and future business needs.
- Create scalable training programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
- Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training sessions, including communication enhancement, behavioral skills, soft skills, and analytical skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through the development of tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives, handling logistics and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading diverse teams, inspiring performance excellence, and fostering collaboration across organizational levels.
- Ability to align learning programs with long-term business strategies and employee development goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess training ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to design engaging, learner-centric programs.
- Flexibility to accommodate diverse learning styles and organizational needs.
