Job Description:

The Workforce Integration Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of workforce systems.

  • Design, develop, and test APIs for customers to connect with HCM applications
  • Perform unit and system testing of configured applications
  • Assist customers in all integration processes, including documentation, code maintenance, and quality assurance practices
  • Stay up-to-date on technical specifications for software products
  • Revise existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand concerns and provide solutions
  • Ensure timely and professional follow-through on customer requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Integration Engineer
  • Knowledge of Workforce and certification in Workforce – Integration (PT103 Certification desired)
  • Advanced-level JavaScript expertise
  • Working knowledge of SQL, SOAP, and Restful Web Services Implementation
  • Working knowledge of SSO Federations is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Develop interfaces using APIs for customers to connect with HCM applications
  • Assist customers in all integration processes and design architecture programs
  • Perform unit and system testing of configured applications
  • Document code, maintain revisions, test, and develop quality assurance practices
