Senior Finance Planning ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Planning Professional to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise planning solutions.This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Oracle EPM/Hyperion, specifically EPBCS/Planning Cloud.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount Planning, and Long-Range Strategic Planning.Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and delivering EPBCS applications for various planning cycles.
  • Defining and implementing driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates.
  • Partnering with finance leadership to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives.
  • Providing architectural oversight for data flows, integrations, and hierarchies.
  • Overseeing end-to-end lifecycle delivery of planning solutions.
  • Mentoring engineers and senior engineers on engineering best practices.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • 12-15 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience.
  • Proven expertise in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.
  • Strong experience in designing calculation rules and data forms.
  • Hands-on experience integrating EPBCS with ERP and EPM systems.
