Key Role Summary:

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business goals to drive organisational performance.

This pivotal role is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support including talent management, performance development, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.

Broad Responsibilities encompass:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR input to foster organisational success.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Support talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs effectively.
  • Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement targeted employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all HR practices are aligned with labour laws and internal policies consistently.
  • Change Management: Partner closely with business teams to implement organisational changes efficiently.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to implement impactful development programs.
  • HR Analytics: Leverage data insights to generate informed HR decisions related to attrition, productivity, and employee engagement.
