About This Role:

We are seeking a Deployment Specialist with expertise in global workforce deployments across regions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently meets client expectations, and demonstrates success in scaling deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to deliver accurate staffing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor network for high fill rates and reduced time-to-hire cycles.
  • Manage the consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • E nsure compliance with contracts, documentation, and local labor laws across multiple geographies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as time-to-hire improvements, utilization rates, redeployment success rates, and retention levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable deployment outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor development expertise.
  • Ability to deliver speed, quality, and compliance simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms is an added advantage.
