Key Responsibilities:

Ambria offers a wide range of wedding venues in Delhi NCR. We provide venues, banquet halls, and farmhouses for marriage and reception events in all regions of Delhi, including south, north, east, west, and central Delhi.

The Purchasing Manager will oversee the procurement of goods and services necessary for operations. This involves managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill their purchasing needs.

Day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, supplier engagement, budget management, and stakeholder communication. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and analytical skills to ensure timely and efficient supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • 4 years experience in purchase management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Strong Analytical and Budgeting skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
