Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and optimize our entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Orient vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply, promoting cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning, with proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
