Business Analyst Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of experience in product ownership and business analysis, preferably in startup environments within the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage customer and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Measure product performance and design accurate dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Business & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and expected outcomes; map processes; and translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Ownership: Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept to implementation, and lead sprints to deliver measurable business value.
  • ERP Implementation & Solution Design: Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and related system integrations (SCM, WMS, CRM), designing scalable workflows and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Governance: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicate roadmaps and priorities, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs and success metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to product building.
