Content Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a creative individual to join our team as a Content Strategist. This role demands expertise in scriptwriting, social media platforms, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original scripts for social media videos, craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement.
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams, manage relationships with stakeholders, and facilitate project synchronization to maintain cohesive progress across all team members.
  • Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement, approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, and demonstrate prompt and proactive decision-making skills.
  • Possess foundational understanding of the Home Construction industry and remain adaptable to dynamic trends and unexpected changes in the social media landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for social media platforms and strong understanding of their functionality and best practices.
  • Strong storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Office Suite.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Language(s) Preferred - English / Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi).
