**Job Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned Executive Head of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services, preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated industries. In addition, they should have at least 10–12 years in leadership roles managing large teams or delivery centers. The selected individual will possess strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC, as well as experience working with clients in regulated markets (gaming, BFSI, healthcare preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote operational excellence by leveraging industry best practices, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Oversee and manage large teams, focusing on their growth, development, and performance improvement.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and implement robust risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and innovations, applying this expertise to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in software delivery, QA, or certification/testing services, preferably in gaming, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • Minimum 10–12 years in leadership roles managing large teams or delivery centers.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, QA methodologies, and SDLC.
  • Experience working with clients in regulated markets (gaming, BFSI, healthcare preferred).
  • Exposure to gaming standards like GLI, ISO/IEC 17025, or responsible gaming practices is a strong plus.
