Executive Chef Position

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless kitchen operation by analyzing the quality and cost of food production.

  • Maintain efficient time management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Develop and enforce high standards set by corporate offices.
  • Ensure safe and quality food products and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and comply with systems, procedures, rules, objectives, and timelines set by the organization.
  • Work within a technical/specialized area of expertise to improve service and product quality.
  • Adopt a helpful and accommodating manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily food requisitions and assist Section Heads in preparing electronic orders.
  • Conduct regular food tastings and correct discrepancies immediately.
  • Maintain crew morale and treat all employees fairly and with respect.
  • Enforce adherence to menus, recipes, methods, and operational specifics provided by the company.
  • Collaborate with international team members and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Advanced culinary skills and leadership experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Hotels and Restaurants.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in luxury hospitality establishments or upscale cruise lines.
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and make decisions.
  • Good administrative skills and coaching abilities.
