Job Title: Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting compliance and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and management information reports (MIS) to provide stakeholders with valuable insights
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • C coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits to ensure seamless execution
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare data for tax computation and filing, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Monitor compliance timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines, minimizing risks and penalties
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification
  • Freshers/2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets efficiently
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines to achieve goals
