Overview

Lead production operations across a network of manufacturing units to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with strong execution skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a focus on quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production processes to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods aligned to customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews with internal teams and partners to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to secure raw materials and packaging in line with demand plans and capacity availability.

Planning & Coordination:

  • Develop and implement weekly/monthly production plans aligned to sales forecasts and capacity scheduling.
  • Represent production in key meetings to align goals and report operational performance.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards across all production units.

Quality, Compliance & Documentation:

  • Drive process improvements through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and validate inventory reports and production documentation.
  • Implement best practices for process control and scalability while maintaining cost and quality benchmarks.

Packaging & Artwork Coordination:

  • Review and finalize packaging artworks from a manufacturability and compliance perspective.

Process Excellence & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase material yields.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as capacity expansion, SKU rationalization, or vendor partnerships.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on production and compliance matters.
  • Facilitate proactive communication to ensure alignment between demand, production, supply chain, and procurement teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong domain knowledge of FMCG food production and conversion cost models.
  • Proven experience in production planning, shop floor execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and deliver results under pressure.
