Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hospitality branch, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service delivery.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in multi-property or branch-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Take end-to-end ownership of property operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage property teams, including managers, housekeeping, front office, and security staff.
  4. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  5. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding service standards and addressing feedback proactively.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on multi-property or branch-level operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest, team, and vendor interactions.
