Branch Operations Manager

The Branch Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branches.

  • Ensures quality of service and customer satisfaction through effective service recovery.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all functions and services to ensure efficient branch operations.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, associates, government bodies, and authorities to maintain positive relationships.
  • Implementing systems for fleet administration, sales, servicing, finances, HR, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining a proper chauffeur-to-fleet ratio and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Preparing and analysing market and performance information (MIS) and reporting back to the Corporate office.
  • Staffing the Customer Service and Drivers team with competent, motivated, and trained professionals.
  • Appraising the team's performance and implementing ISO standards.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • System and quality orientation.
  • Market, industry, and trade knowledge.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Resource control and administration expertise.

A Graduate or Hotel Management degree and MBA in Marketing or Finance is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 10-15 years of experience in the trade, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable car rental company.
