Global Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business operations, planning, and administration in Global Corporate & Investment Banking.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Support the Head of GCIB in developing business strategy and lead the implementation of global and/or regional initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor departmental financial performance, assess against projected targets/thresholds, track revenue/expense budget with the Finance team, manage MIS, and update/reporting inclusive of interaction with HQ & regional onshore teams.
- Customer Management: Develop strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders, work with overseas onshore branches and Head Office to promote business growth for GCIB and beyond.
- Team Leadership: Act as a role model to team members, support/coach/guide junior team members, and maintain good working knowledge of GCC industry trends/products/laws/regulations.
- 2-4+ years of experience in reporting/business management or related fields.
- Excellent communication/stakeholder management skills, ability to build partnerships, highly organized with a structured/logical approach, and ability to manage multiple complex projects competing priorities.
