
Global Relationship Manager

This role plays a critical part in our global expansion strategy as an International Client Engagement and Appointment Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a global client and partner database with up-to-date contacts and engagement history.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
- Ensuring smooth preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
- Coordinating with internal teams to support leadership in client-facing interactions.
- Tracking and monitoring client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Providing post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
- Supporting event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
- 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, scheduling platforms (Calendly, Outlook, Google Suite), and project management software.
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership visits abroad. They will also act as a primary point of contact for international clients, coordinate with internal teams, and track client communications. Additionally, they will provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
