Job Title: Global Meeting Strategist
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of meeting setters focused on scheduling high-quality meetings with US-based clients.
- Develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion and appointment rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, meetings booked, and show-up rates to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
- Train, coach, and mentor appointment setters to ensure consistent messaging, quality conversations, and high team morale.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track lead activities and maintain clean data records.
- Refine scripts, outreach strategies, and objection handling methods tailored to the US market.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports and improvement plans to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
- 2+ years in a team leadership or management role in an appointment setting function.
- Proven track record in digital marketing solutions sales outreach.
- Strong command of English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize team performance and lead quality.
- Ability to work in US time zones or provide significant overlap for team and client coordination.
