Job Opportunity for Senior Project Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Architect to join our team as part of the founding leadership team in our Mumbai studio.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on international-standard projects across various sectors, including Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural project management, with experience in leading teams and collaborating with global colleagues.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects, ensuring alignment with our global quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as our lead architectural contact on projects, maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  • Be responsible for all aspects of our technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration
  • Lead the design team and client meetings, produce detailed meeting minutes
  • Undertake preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of the project design programme
  • Communicate resource needs to account managers and associates
  • Manage project-related financials and resourcing data in our internal project management software
  • Maintain the Project Quality Control System
  • Monitor financial performance and report back to account manager or responsible associate
  • Lead contract administration process and ensure our responsibilities are met
  • Lead, motivate, support, and manage a team, demonstrating ability to get the best out of your team
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • Registered Architect in India
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues
