Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our software projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.

About This Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong development background and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management approaches.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong command over at least one programming language or framework.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipelines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
