AI Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI specialist to develop and optimize AI/ML models in various domains. As an AI software specialist, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and real-world experience in developing AI systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to create cutting-edge AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop AI/ML models tailored to business needs using machine learning libraries and frameworks
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models or other deep learning architectures
  • Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with large language models, NLP, computer vision, or related domains
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
