
Channel Development Leader

As a Channel Head, you will be responsible for building and scaling our sourcing vertical. This includes leading a high-performance team to maximize sales through channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and alternative channels.
You will design and build the sourcing organization structure, develop channel partner incentive frameworks, personally engage with top-tier channel partners and institutional partners, hire and mentor sourcing managers/executives, drive channel engagement, and report channel contribution distinctly.
Your key responsibilities will include setting up the sourcing team within six months, achieving 50-70% sales contribution from channel partners, building a robust corporate partnership pipeline, and structuring channel meet/event calendars.
