We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the role of Channel Partner Acquisition and Management professional.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, great listening skills, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

This position involves building and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers across various locations in Pan India. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing a network of real estate brokers and establishing partnerships with them.
  • Regularly visiting channel partners to build trust and influence over the network.
  • Maintaining a continuous flow of customer databases and leads through channel partners.
  • Ensuring quality leads and account management of existing channel partners.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.

The requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client requirements.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  • A highly motivated individual who is driven to achieve targets.
  • Flexibility with work timings/schedule and availability.
  • Strong relationship management and account management skills.
  • A good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business practices.
