Corporate Sales Executive

About the Role:
Edutest Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts in the corporate sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new corporate clients for online and offline exam services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for sustained growth.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competition.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate HR, learning and development, and recruitment teams.
- Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the corporate sector.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery post-sale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in education, HR solutions, or technology services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of corporate recruitment, training, and assessment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
