Job Description:

The Zonal Manager plays a crucial role as an ambassador for the People Brand, fostering strong relationships with business leaders to drive regular People interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Leadership Hiring: Lead hiring efforts for critical leadership roles, niche positions, and volume-based roles, particularly in sales.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
    • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to address findings.
    • Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
    • Implement initiatives to reduce attrition, focusing on high-turnover segments such as insurance sales staff.
    • Promote induction training for new hires.
    • Manage Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives.
    • IDentify training needs based on business and individual goals.
    • Support new hire assimilation.
    • Drive Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
    • Ensure labor law compliance across branches within the zone.
    • Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
    • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings.
    • Handle Governance, Grievance Redressal & Conflict resolution.
    • Foster employee communication and connection.
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    • Liaise with Function Heads and designated personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies.
    • Coordinate and work with teams across all centers in the country.
