Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner and Total Rewards Leader to drive strategic people initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Provide expert advisory services on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
    • Lead key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
    • Drive change management efforts and support transformation programs from a human capital perspective.
  • Total Rewards:
    • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
    • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
    • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
