Senior Human Resources Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's HR strategy and driving business success.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Group HR Strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless integration across all group companies.
  • Drive HR synergies by standardizing policies and practices, promoting consistency and best practice execution.
  • Lead Leadership Talent Strategy: assessment, development, and succession planning for CXOs and key roles, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Manage Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs, identifying and nurturing talent for future leadership roles.
  • Promote talent mobility across the group, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures, aligning rewards with business objectives.
  • Partner with CEOs and CHROs to deliver aligned HR services across companies, driving strategic results.
  • Establish a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution, facilitating knowledge sharing and innovation.
  • Report to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Ability to drive change and implement new ideas, leveraging creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
