About The Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team at The Mom Store. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts, building key customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Onboarding: You will onboard relevant brands operating in the baby products and maternity products space, working closely with our team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Corporate Gifting: You will work with corporates to create gifting orders for their employees who are expecting parents, providing them with a unique and personalized experience.
  • New Opportunities: You will proactively identify new opportunities and create collaborative opportunities for the brand, driving growth and success on The Mom Store portal.
  • Monthly Reporting: You will create monthly MIS reports to assist brands with success and growth on The Mom Store portal, providing them with valuable insights and data.
  • Marketing Opportunities: You will identify suitable marketing opportunities for the brands on The Mom Store, helping them reach their target audience and increase brand awareness.
  • Marketplace Development: You will be responsible for business development and marketing of The Mom Store marketplace model, driving revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Law, or Management is required.
  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years' of sales or account management experience is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
