Job Title: Key Account Renewal Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Key Account Renewal Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subscription renewals, ensuring timely reminders are sent to customers, and engaging with clients through outbound telecalling.
The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong time- and project-management skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is essential, along with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Management: Track subscription renewals and send timely reminders to customers to ensure seamless renewal processes.
- Client Servicing: Engage with clients through outbound telecalling to encourage timely course renewals.
- Upgrades and Support: Assist existing customers with upgrades and provide superior after-sales support, including welcome calls, service/feedback calls, and renewal calls.
- Record Keeping: Maintain thorough records of current and potential clients to ensure efficient client management.
- Sales Targets: Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets while exceeding renewal collection targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Renewal Sales executive.
- Skills: Microsoft Excel knowledge, ability to perform well under pressure, strong time- and project-management skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication skills, and superior customer service skills.
