As a seasoned Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining key client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and rapport through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
    • Analyze client needs and preferences to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ultimately expanding the client portfolio.
    • Develop and implement retention strategies to prevent client attrition and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Field Visits & Business Development:
    • Conduct regular in-person visits to client locations to review business progress, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
    • Pursue new business opportunities in existing geographic areas, leveraging market research and networking to identify potential clients and drive lead generation.
    • Support business development activities during travel, contributing to the expansion of under-penetrated territories.
  • Reporting & Strategy:
    • Maintain accurate records of key metrics and performance indicators.
    • Share valuable insights and market intelligence with the internal team to inform strategy and product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing, growing, and retaining key accounts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to adapt to frequent travel and field-based client interaction.
